Visionary in terms of low usefulness and interest. Her support stuff just isn't good enough for a pure support character.

I guess you have never managed to Wrest the Mind of an EMP or a Flagship or a Monorail. Even used on smaller targets, Wrest the Mind is no joke, especially if you can kill the Wrested target before the clause that deals herself damage.

No one else has a card anything like Twist the Ether and its pure awesome whether used on a hero or the villain.

Power-based Ongoing destruction is very uncommon and very useful. Or bringing back destroyed ongoings is invaluable in many teamups.

Can manipulate both villain and environment decks which few others can do.

Promo Visionary's base power is ridiculously strong. Enlighten is no slouch either and can really help struggling heros find the cards they need.

Being not interesting may be fair, but not useful? Strongly disagree.

Only talking base game Visionary.

Mind controlling a Voss ship has been the only real stand out use we've found for her. She's just too open to damaging herself and she can't soak it up.

As far as manipulating villain and environment decks, Wraith can do it nearly as well (I'd call outright destroying environment cards the ultimate deck control) while being MUCH better in other departments. I'll take 3 damage to 3 targets over Visionary's marginally better deck manipulation any day.

I've personally never played Parse, but I've heard a bunch of people saying they would never take Visionary when they could take Parse. Ditto for Dark Visionary.

I would put Bunker on the least favorite list, but we've been playing with the house rule to his mode cards (can be replaced for free before play, put back in hand instead of discard) and he's a lot better. Base game he's way too watered down with mode cards, one-third of which is useless (I've yet to run into a situation where you'd want to use upgrade mode).

Absolute Zero (the only hero who literally lives up to their name) against ANYONE but Voss and only against environments that don't destroy hero cards. Only Voss has the lack of card destruction and abundance of fire/cold damage to make Zero attractive to us.
