Actually, this is counter to what salty53 and matchstickman stated. If I understand it correctly, it's actually like this:
Turn 1 - Start of turn: execute start of turn on Side A (i.e. flip the card)
Turn 1 - Start of turn: execute start of turn on Side B (unless the card states otherwise)
Turn 1 - Start of turn: execute any start of turn effects on other Villain cards, evaluating cards starting from first in play to last in play
Turn 1 - Play: draw and play top card from Villain deck
Turn 1 - End of turn: execute end of turn on Side B
Turn 1 - End of turn: execute any end of turn effects on other Villain cards, evaluating cards starting from first in play to last in play
Turn 2 - Start of turn: execute start of turn on Side B (i.e. flip the card)
Turn 1 - Start of turn: execute start of turn on Side A (i.e. flip the card)

That's my understanding too. In the same way, when the Dreamer is playing cards at her "end of turn", if she ends up playing a Projection that also has an "end of turn" effect, that effect happens straight away. "Start of turn" and "end of turn" are effectively phases, not instants.
