There seems to be no German publisher, as far as I can tell, and the shop I asked doesn't have SotM in their database at all.
Of course I just took a look into the marketplace and noticed there a shop in cologne selling the game...
Well, it is a similar situation over here, there is no spanish publisher either, but the game itself is not that hard to get.
