The promo decks and the oversized villain cards (which include the promo Omnitron and Baron Blade variants) are available on >G's website.As for the promo hero character cards, most of them aren't available now (outside of buying them from other people who have them), but >G has said they'll eventually be releasing and selling reprints of them.
