When that target would take damage, you may destroy this card to reduce that damage by 2.

One shot DR seems safe. The only weird interaction I'm seeing is that it is effectively infinite DR when the Fixed Point environment card is out (makes everything but it indestructible), but that one card causes so many weird interactions that this edge case can basically be ignored.
All told, the revisions are looking real good. However, I was re-reading the original post, looking at the current state of the cards and I was a little surprised by Isothermic Destabilizer.

The following isn't meant to be a criticism; it's just me bringing my expectations back into alignment because I had, for some reason, a very different idea of what this card did. Is this meant to be a party-wide Bloody Knuckles (bonus damage dealt and taken)? If so, I assume this card will only get played briefly for explosive turns (not that this is a bad thing; Gremlin is fine with short-lived equipment, after all), or in combination with AoE damage (i.e. if the first enemy that attacks hits every hero target then you can have the Isothermic Destabilizer be the first target hit, so that its destruction denies the damage bonus to all the blows that are directed at the rest of the hero targets). This card will make Nightmist very unhappy (ditto for Pushing the Limits Tachyon) and Absolute Zero will either love (all cold damage), be wary of it (all fire damage), or hate it (neither fire nor cold damage). For better or for worse, it basically negates Tempest's Elemental Subwave Inducer (since it negates the DR or both the DR and damage type).
Anyway, once you feel like this character's design has settled down, I'll have to mock up some cards for her and try her out myself because I really like the concept. What do you use for your own testing/mock ups? Index cards?
