Unfortunately I got addicted to the game well after the Kickstarter ended, so I didn't get any of the promos, most notably my token set is missing the "End of turn" and "Start of turn" tokens. These are really useful (we proxy them with the more useless All Damage tokens for now), but trying to buy a token pack from their site, which is $4.95, costs a whopping $11 to ship with no other options. This could be sent first-class for like $1.50, but attempts to contact them have failed. Has anyone else tried to work something out with them, or is there no way to reasonably get these 2 types of tokens?
