I got the Enhanced Edition, Infernal Relics, and Rook City via the Infernal Relics Kickstarter. I was one of the ~5% of the people that got some cards in the Enhanced Edition box that were slightly smaller than the rest. From what >G said, those smaller cards were the only cards printed correctly, the rest were printed too big. So all of my EE and Infernal Relics cards are at 64x90mm size when they were ordered at the 63x88mm size. My copy of Rook City on the other hand are all at the 63x88mm size.
Aha! I didn't know which referent you meant when you said "they're slightly smaller" in that first sentence up there. So I think we agree that they intended to print at the smaller 63 x 88 size, just we differ in which sets we received with the wrong, bigger size.
FWIW, the friend who introduced me to the game had an original edition set and I don't know when he got his expansions, but they had the correct size cards. I got my Enhanced Edition, Rook City, and Infernal Relics directly from Greater Than this January, after the December out-of-stock shipping delay, but I don't know which of the sets I got from the new printing and which they had in the warehouse.
Out of curiosity, does anybody have a correct Infernal Relics manual? In mine, the content of pages 6-7 appear again on pages 8-9 (though they got the page numbers right).
