Just a heads up. I've heard from GtG that their stock, though they just received 10,000 copies, isn't expected to last long. Apparently they've gotten some pretty big orders from distributors.
While that _might_ mean that your local retailers and online shops will be able to get copies from distributors for a while, I wouldn't pass up an opportunity to get a copy at a decent price if you want to have it any time soon. By decent price I mean retail price or lower. I don't think anyone needs to be paying a premium.
