When Fixed Point dies, everything with 0 or less HP then dies. They die one at a time though, since there are no simultaneous events in Sentinels, so you could destroy the Projections and win before destroying the heroes.

Sadly, this doesn't work as fixed point would go away, but you wouldn't check the Dreamer's win condition until the start of the villain turn, so whatever order you resolved things in, everybody's dead, Dave. I fell foul of that in Pike. Blasted chemical explosions.
EDIT: There is also some discussion as to whether a hero being incapacitated is the same as being destroyed. So far neither side has won that argument.
