by skyzero I'd recommend Legendary or even DC Comics for that age. Sentinels is too long and fiddly for a 7.5 year old.

by Kalii I have played it mostly solo (four heroes) and really enjoy it. I recommend you get the Sentinels Sidekick app for iOS to help track HP and villain and environment targets.
