Cherub is kind of weird. Seems like he should be "All hero targets regain 1 HP.
You may choose 1 non-character villain card. If you do, then until the start of your next turn neither the chosen card nor any Young Freedom Member may deal damage."

It actually works with the characters' stories. Neutrino controls the flow of time, so she can run it back to change things. The characters are teens, so videogame terms just seem to fit.
