very new to sentinel of the multiverse

question about Environment cards does it only work against heroes?

for example
Ruins of Atlantis card..

Hallway Collapse
When this this card enters play, deal each target 3 melee Damage.
At the end of the environment turn, destroy this card.

does it target both heroes and villian?

Obsidian Field
Increase all damage dealt by 1.
at the end of their turn, 1 player may discard 2 cards to destroy this card.

do both heroes and villain gain the benefit? or do dinosaur gain them?
