Another kind of amazing moments is a story that keeps repeating to me all the time:
Me and some of my friends decided to play Sentinels and are currently choosing heroes. Them, being less experianced than me, try to take the most powerful or useful ones, while I just fill in whatever role we're lacking. There's always at least one person who looks at a hero and is all like "This hero is weak and useless, I don't know why they even put him/her in the game". So I take that hero.
Guess who becomes the MVP during that game? Every. Single. Time.
I hear them all say things like:
-"Argent Adept is convoluted and confusing" - I set up a board full of buffs and use them to give players milion free powers/cards.
-"Nightmist is killing herself faster than killing enemies and can't do anything" - I manage to stay highest HP almost all the time and keep the environment and ongoings in check.
-"Sentinels are weak and die too fast" - I'm the last player standingg with all my heroes alive and finish the game by myself (with help from incapped friends).
-"Visionary can't do anything!" - And so villain almost never gets a card that hurts us too much.
-"Fixer is not dealing enough damage!" - I destroy all Voss's minions in a single turn with proper tool and style.
-"Expat can't get any weapons!" - I spend a few turns taking 2 cards, then end up armed and shooting everything that exists and RPG'ing the T-Rex or Self-Destruct Mechanism.
The list goes on.
It's not who you play, but how ;)
